4TS dSeal® Product Family
Ensure the quality and integrity of your deliveriesExample case: A pharmaceutics delivery truck is accidentally parked in the sunlight for too long a time. The valuable goods inside the cargo space are 25 minutes away from going bad. Do you want to save the goods by being able to react immediately - and by doing so save money, time and your company's reputation? 4TS dSeal® is a new innovative product family that provides extra security, better quality for perishable, fragile and sensitive goods and increased quality for the total supply chain. All moving assets and deliveries can be located and the surrounding conditions checked real time. Another example case: Valuable electronics boxes are packed in manufacturing site in a container that is sealed. After a long and winding delivery route by sea and by land the transportation arrives to sedtination. The container is opened and it is noticed that some boxes are missing despite the seal seem to be intacted. Where have the boxes been stolen and by whom? By using 4TS dSeal products you can also make sure that your packages are not opened or handled incorrectly during delivery or storage. With 4TS dSeal products you can easily prove to your customers that their confidential, valuable or sensitive deliveries haven't been compromised during transport or storage. In case of damages you can provide your insurance company a air-tight proof of where, when and in which conditions the goods have gone bad. 4TS dSeal monitors the environment and events: It measures temperature, humidity, air pressure, light (integrity), shock and falls in real time globally. 4TS dSeal records these events but most importantly sends immediate notifications as text messages (SMS's) and/or e-mails when things are going or have gone wrong. 4TS dSeal devices and the information they gather can easily be monitored wirelessly over the Internet. By managing the user rights it is also possible to give your customers the possibility to track real-time their own deliveries. Third example case: An important package that is beeing tracked by GPS has by accident been left out from a delivery truck during a midway stop in a logistics center of the service operator. This is noticed only at the destination. How do you find the missing box when GPS tracking is not operational indoors? 4TS has developed a GSM cell based locationing technology which supplements the traditional satellite based (GPS) locationing. 4TS dSeal solution has both GPS and GSM locationing from summer 2010 onwards. This means that you are able to track assets both outdoors and indoors (logistics centers, warehouses, car parks, containers etc).
